Registration fees for live events (seminars, workshops, and classes) may be refunded upon request up to 15 days prior to the event. If you wish to have your fee refunded, simply contact us for a full refund no later than 15 days prior to the event.

Within 15 days prior to the event we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all live events (seminars, workshops, and classes). These services involve intellectual property which cannot be returned, nor recovered, along with incurred fees and costs for hosting the events, and limited seating spaces which also cannot be recovered.
